Implementing change by identifying blockages, their causes and finding solutions:

Coaching process:
- A preliminary interview of about 15 minutes by telephone, free of charge and non-mandatory, to ensure that the request falls within the scope of coaching, to get to know each other, to set out the context, to identify the goals, and to agree on the methods.
- Between 10 and 12 sessions , 1h30 per session.
- Weekly appointments (unless otherwise requested).
- Between 3 and 4 months, depending on the coachee’s rhythm.
- Our meetings can be face to face (Dubai) or remotely (virtual platform or telephone).
