Who am I?
My name is Marie-Astrid Mneimneh.
A certified coach specializing in personal and professional development.
Simply put: I am here to help you become the person you want to be.
My personal experiences:
Born in France to a British father and a French mother. I was fortunate enough to travel and live abroad for ten years; first in Africa and then in the United Arab Emirates. I have found great joy in learning new languages, discovering other cultures, and above all finding myself!
After completing my university studies, I decided to return to the country I love most: the United Arab Emirates, where I have been living since 2003.
All the trips I have been able to experience have been truly transformative. They taught me to have an open mind and to be able to adapt quickly, to always have a positive outlook on the world, but most of all, to understand that I have a true passion for people and their ability to move forward, to evolve, to learn, to grow.
My professional experiences:
With over 8 years experience working in companies, I have had the opportunity to learn, evolve and develop. My work experience includes management and development positions in various companies. Through these various experiences, I have acquired a comprehensive picture of what a company is and how it works. But what truly drives me in the business world are people and their interactions!
Being a teacher as well, I am particularly sensitive to the construction of identity, of the Self, during adolescence. For this reason, I have chosen to specialize in coaching adolescents and young adults and to accompany them in their personal development.
My motivations:
I am inspired by the success of those around me and those I coach.
Being able to help people become more confident, to overcome obstacles, to reach their goals or simply to become who they want to be is something that really motivates me. Knowing that I can help someone move forward and be “a little bit more” of themselves is the most rewarding aspect of my job.
